i've been playing this for over 3 years and i've won possibly over 450 prizes at this point! the prizes are all great and if i ever have an issue with a prize not counting as won if i did in fact win it, support is VERY fast at fixing the issue! i mostly get my credit from the free credit offers but it's worth it cuz the prizes are ALL LEGIT (unlike a certian claw app that requires you to level in order to play machines). I love this game!

Amending previous review, assists are given out to regular players and make it relatively easy to win prizes, but you have to look at the machine itself and it's win rate. Some of the machines have the claws tuned down to a degree that you cannot easily win at them. It's a fun way to pass the time, though a bit expensive. Winning is actually possible, I've won twice now, but you have to be extremely good at claw machines or get a really helpful assist if you are playing only to win.

PROS: Prizes are authentic and support is usually friendly. CONS: The recent lag issues are quite bad, and some claws are misaligned. But my biggest issue is that the 3 prong claws are rigged to an insane payout rate. The claw drops the prize every time it is picked up until the game reaches this rate. The last 3 prong game I played took 75 plays before the claw would actually hold onto the prize, that's the equivalent of over $140 usd, for a prize that's worth just a tiny fraction of that.
